The 2026 WNBA Draft brought the talent and the style to the orange carpet at The Shed at Hudson Yards in New York City on Monday, April 13

Rising stars, as well as veterans, of women's basketball arrived in diverse looks, including gowns and suits, for the anticipated night

Azzi Fudd, who was selected first overall by the Dallas Wings, had an outfit change

A style SCORE.

The rising stars — and veterans and beyond — of women's basketball who hit the orange carpet of the 2026 WNBA Draft made us excited for the tunnel walks to come this season, proving that they're ones to watch on the court and beyond.

The athletes approached their looks with the same intensity as a championship game. For many, stepping onto the draft’s red carpet — one of the most anticipated nights for NCAA players — marked their first major fashion moment, with each look more distinct than the last.

UConn Huskies star Azzi Fudd — who was selected first overall by the Dallas Wings in the 2026 WNBA Draft — rocked a 'fit as polished as her game, stunning in sparkles with a bedazzled manicure to match (not to mention, she had a wardrobe change during the night!).

Flau'jae Johnson, who was selected eighth overall by the Golden State Valkyries out of Louisiana State University, wowed in a floor-length gown with cutouts and a fur stole. All eyes were on the 22-year-old guard inside the venue, too, when her little brother sweetly joined her post-selection interview.

Now, read on to see last night's MVPs of the fashion game.
