However, her simple move has drawn criticism. “Meghan’s critics are sick of what they see as her constantly trying to channel Diana. Every time she wears something associated with Diana, they argue that it creates another comparison,” an insider claimed.

Furthermore, they suggested that the mother of two was “nowhere near as iconic” as Harry’s late mother. On the other hand, another source stated that Markle’s move is nothing controversial but a simple “tribute.” However, her “detractors” seemingly think otherwise. “They believe the Diana associations have become too frequent and say they are tired of seeing those parallels repeatedly drawn,” the informant said.
