Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo shared a romantic kiss on the red carpet at the Grammys in February.
At the awards show, the estranged couple was photographed sharing a smooch and joined hands for an adorable heart pose.
Later on in the show, Bunnie, 46, gave Jelly, 41, a celebratory kiss when he was announced as the winner of Best Contemporary Country Album.

The night before Jelly's Grammy victory, the former couple attended the Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Gala and the cameras captured their sweet romance.
At the event, they told PEOPLE that Bunnie required a bit of help getting her latex dress onto her body.
"This outfit right here involved lubrication, which was actually a lot of fun," he said, prompting Bunnie to chime in, "I had to literally use lube to get into this outfit."
Jelly enjoyed the experience: "Listen, as a husband, man, 10 out of 10 experience... You get your wife one of these right here."

Bunnie's book tour stop in Las Vegas

In February, Jelly made a special appearance at all four of Bunnie's book tour stops, including in Las Vegas, and treated the audience to special live performances.
At the time, she was promoting her memoir Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic, and Jelly, born Jason DeFord, previously told PEOPLE that it was "rough" for him to read.
Jelly and Bunnie, real name Alisa DeFord, met a concert backstage in Las Vegas in 2015.

On New Year's Day, Bunnie shared a post of the former couple ringing in 2026 together in a sweet moment on stage.
In the video, Jelly and Bunnie share several kisses as confetti flies all around them.

Bunnie captioned the post: "12 new chapters. 365 new chances. Rooted in faith, Next chapter. 🥀 Happy New Years from our family to yours 💫✨"

At the 2025 ACMs, Jelly and Bunnie were awards show ready — and they didn't hold back on the PDA.
Days after the awards show, their red carpet kiss sparked criticism and Bunnie addressed it on her Dumb Blonde podcast.
"Can we talk about how everyone in the comments is so mad at how I kissed my husband on the red carpet?" she said. "They're like, 'She's not really with him. That was a fake kiss. This is fake love. Ew, can you believe the way she kissed him?'"
"If I lingered on his lips for longer than 10 seconds, you guys would be like, 'Ah, she's still a whore! Get a room, this is disgusting! This is a family awards show!'" she continued. "I have lip gloss on, I have an entire face [of makeup on]. My husband has to continue taking pictures after that kiss, so does he want lip liner and freaking gloss all over his face? No!"

At CMA Fest in June 2024, Bunnie and Jelly couldn't keep their hands off each other.
That weekend, Jelly headlined the Saturday night show at Nissan Stadium.
Days later, Jelly appeared on The Howard Stern Show and said that Bunnie was his "anchor" and "best friend."
"I wouldn't do anything to jeopardize anything happening to my household man," he said. "That is the only thing that really matters to me because when all this s--- is gone, me and her are going to sit on a beach and tell stories about it one day."

Weeks before Jelly filed for divorce, Bunnie shared photos cuddled up with the "Son of a Sinner" singer.
In the post, which she shared on Instagram on May 3, the former couple was all dressed up for Jelly's 18-year-old daughter Bailee Ann's prom night and had big smiles on their faces. In the divorce filing, their separation date is listed as May 9.
