Kourtney Kardashian Barker and Travis Barker are opening up about a devastating moment they experienced before welcoming their son, Rocky Thirteen.
The Lemme co-founder, 47, and the Blink-182 drummer, 50, reveal in Barker's upcoming documentary, Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear, which premiered in New York on Saturday, June 13, that they'd experienced a miscarriage shortly after they began dating, per Entertainment Weekly.
In the film, which comes out on Hulu on Aug. 13, the two share that they got pregnant six months after they started dating in 2021. They learned they were expecting a baby girl and were planning on naming her Tulip.

However, at the couple's three-month appointment, they were told that their baby no longer had a heartbeat. "When we lost the baby, we were devastated," said Kardashian Barker in the documentary, per EW. "We cried for days."
Alongside their now 2-year-old son Rocky, Kardashian Barker shares Mason, 16, Penelope, 13, and Reign, 11, with her ex Scott Disick, while Barker is father to son Landon, 22, daughter Alabama, 20, and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 27, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
The couple has been candid in the past about their fertility struggles. In May 2024, Kardashian Barker answered a few questions from fans on her Instagram Stories — including one who asked her about her in vitro fertilization (IVF) journey.
"Had 6 failed IVFs - how did you find the strength to keep going? It's debilitating 😪," the user asked.

"I stopped after a year of trying (5 failed IVF cycles, 3 retrievals) my body relaxed and I believed in God's plan for my life," the mom of four wrote back. "Lots of prayers for whatever was meant to be for us. Also lots of optimizing my health. 🙏🏻❤️ I know how hard it is to feel like you're not trying, but believing in God's plan and saying your prayers is so powerful. All the best!"
She also later clarified that she got pregnant "100% naturally."
"I want to be super clear bc it seems my answer to the IVF question may have been confusing," she wrote in a follow-up Instagram Story on Monday. "I got pregnant 100% naturally, NOT through IVF... one year after stopping IVF actually. Through God's blessing on Valentine's Day."
On a season 4 episode of The Kardashians, Kardashian Barker said she and Barker were taken by surprise when she got pregnant after deciding to take a break following a grueling IVF cycle.
"We stopped doing IVF probably two months before our wedding and so it took a year for all those hormones and chemicals to get out of my system," she said.
"We were not trying whatsoever. I wasn't even checking my ovulation anymore. We decided to put it in God's hands and thought it was just not happening. We were accepting of it and then... God's plan."
Later on, the reality star said it "truly feels like a miracle being able to be pregnant and have a baby with the love of my life."
