Jeanine Pirro has been dominating headlines thanks to her falling out with President Donald Trump and now her looks have been brought into the spotlight.

During a Fox News broadcast on August 3, the network livestreamed President Trump, 80, as he answered reporters' questions at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Before traveling aboard Air Force One, Trump was asked about Pirro, 75, and her current role in his administration. Pirro ordered the Justice Department to drop its criminal case against former Olympian David Hearn over the alleged vandalism at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, despite Trump claiming that it happened.

While standing in front of the camera, the president seemed unsure and admitted, "I haven't made a determination." Trump claimed he spoke with Pirro and yelled as loud as he could, "I told her I was not happy!" A reporter then asked him, "Is Pirro safe? Are you going to keep her in her position?"

Trump let out a long, "Uhhhh," before finally answering, "I haven't made a determination." In light of this, Pirro, who has undergone what many have dubbed a MAGA makeover, has been thrust into the spotlight with many curious over what cosmetic treatments she has had done.

To get to the bottom of it, the Mirror US reached out to Dr. Gizem Seymenoglu, a medical aesthetician in London whose appointments are arranged through Longevita, who offers this commentary based solely on publicly available images. No direct examination has been conducted, and any suggested treatments are purely speculative and intended for general educational discussion.

According to Dr. Gizem, Pirro’s most noticeable changes appear to be around her eyes, eyebrows, and the overall volume and definition of the lower face, although these changes cannot be confirmed from photographs alone.

“Looking at photos of Jeanine from around 2005, her eyebrows appeared lower than they do now. Today, they look more elevated, which could potentially be consistent with the effects of Botox, although an eyebrow lift could also be another possibility,” Dr. Gizem explained.

The upper eyelids are another area where Dr. Gizem noticed a possible difference. “The upper eyelids appear to be more open than they were previously, which could potentially be consistent with an upper blepharoplasty,” she pointed out.

There also seems to be a difference in the overall volume and contour of Pirro’s mid and lower face, including the jawline and the area beneath the chin.

The expert said, “Her face appears fuller than it did in the past, particularly around the middle and lower face. Rather than looking simply tighter, there seems to be more overall volume. A facelift alone would not necessarily account for this type of change, so fillers or a biostimulator could be another possible explanation."

“Her jawline also appears more defined than before, and the area beneath the chin shows some differences from earlier images,” she added. “This type of change could sometimes be associated with procedures such as a lower facelift or neck lift.”

Dr. Gizem also noted that other facial features appear broadly consistent with earlier images. “There does not appear to be a significant difference in the nose, lips, or teeth compared with earlier images,” she says.

As for what such procedures may have cost Pirro, Dr. Gizem estimated that, based on prices at high-end US cosmetic practices, the potential combination of treatments would typically cost between $25,000 and $50,000 plus.

“If someone had a combination of these treatments, the overall cost at a premium US practice could fall somewhere between $25,000 and $50,000 or more,” she estimated.

She added, “The final figure would depend on which procedures were carried out, the amount of injectable product used and the extent of any surgery.” Non-surgical treatments such as fillers and biostimulators may require ongoing maintenance, as repeat treatments can be needed over time and may add to the overall cost, according to Dr. Gizem.
