Beyond the Gates breakout star Ernestine Johnson Morrison shared a humorous message on social media ahead of the release of the upcoming Michael, biopic offering a playful warning to fellow moviegoers.
Morrison, who plays Nurse Shanice Johnson on the CBS soap, posted a video on Instagram addressing fans planning to see the film this weekend. “I just wanna tell you guys right now, don't be talking in the theater, come Friday, do not be talking in the theater,” she said.
She continued with a clear request, “When that Michael Jackson movie is on, be quiet. I don't need y'all yipping and yapping, talking, asking questions.” Morrison added that she plans to be “locked in” during the screening.
The actress joked that opening day should be reserved for “serious MJ fans,” suggesting it may not be the time for casual viewers.
Morrison jokingly added, “If I can't search through your music history right now and see Mike, if you ain't played Michael in the last 6 months to a year, Don't be in their bandwagon.”
She ended the video with one final reminder. “Be quiet. Be quiet in the theater on Friday, please.”
