The influencer and Wildflower Cases founder, 31, announced her engagement to Jack Nicholson's grandson, actor Duke Nicholson, 26, on Instagram on Wednesday, June 17.
Carlson shared a photo of herself flashing her three-stone engagement ring with the simple caption of a white heart and three exclamation points: "🤍❕❕❕." In another mirror selfie, taken from a large walk-in closet, she expressed her excitement by raising one arm in the air in a celebratory pose.

The bride-to-be showed off her sparkling new bling again on her Instagram Stories with another playful selfie.
The engagement ring features a round-cut diamond flanked by two smaller round diamonds on a thin gold band.

Carlson and Duke will celebrate four years of dating next month. For their third anniversary, Carlson gushed on Instagram on July 25, 2025, "3 years with uuuuuuuuu 🤭🤭🤭🤭 I love u so much duke it's cou cou."
The couple — who happen to share the same birthday, Aug. 3 — keep their relationship mostly out of the spotlight, but Carlson isn't shy to express her love for Duke on social media from time to time. Duke does not have any public social media profiles.
